Inner wounds

 What is ‘inner wounds’?
Inner wounds or Emotional wounds are hurts that cause a person deep emotional pain either in childhood or later. As long as these wounds have not been healed, the person will behave in unhealthy ways in a compulsive manner, hurting others or oneself or both. We can say that: When a person hurt others or oneself or both in a repetitive fashion, the person has an unhealed emotional wound.7 The classical example of such behaviour is that of Paul, one of the later disciples of Jesus. Paul wrote autobiographically. I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate … I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I do (Rom 7:15-20).
